Documents We Need

Passport: Old passport if any.Original Passport with 2 blank pages and valid for minimum six months at time of submission
Visa Application Form: A Visa Application Form that is completely filled and signed by the Applicant. (Use only one pen to fill the form; overwriting /using whitener is not allowed) Click here to download sample copy .
Coloured Photograph: 2 passport size colour Photograph 45mm x 35mm, not older than 3 months.
Cover Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit.. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on their business Letter head for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead and others on the plain paper.
Travel Bookings: Roundtrip ticket and travel itinerary
Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.
Financial Document: Bank statement should have stamp and sign on every page..Bank statement for last 3 months
If Employed: Copy of last 3 months Salary Slip with Company seal, name, signatures and designation of Signing Authority.
